1. Online Store Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you allow a minor to use this website, you are responsible for their activity.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, colors, sizes, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and device display settings.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

We may update products, descriptions, prices, and availability when reasonably necessary. Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

3. Pricing and Currency

Product prices displayed on our United States storefront are generally shown in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is clearly displayed.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the total amount payable will be shown before the customer completes checkout.

If we discover a clear pricing or technical error before an order is shipped, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorized or appears fraudulent.
• Shipping information is incomplete or invalid.
• A material pricing or website error occurred.
• The order appears intended for unauthorized resale.
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and security procedures.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary because of the carrier, severe weather, transportation interruptions, peak shopping periods, public holidays, an incorrect delivery address, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy .

For the United States storefront:

• Standard delivery for orders under $120 USD costs $10 USD and normally takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Orders of $120 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping, with the same estimated transit time.
• Expedited shipping costs $20 USD for eligible orders and normally takes approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Available shipping methods, charges, and the final order total will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an address error.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy .

Items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Customers must contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return warehouse address.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum order amounts, product exclusions, and other conditions displayed with the promotion.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, or a clear technical error.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity performed through your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace the terms displayed at checkout or the official policies published on our website. If an AI response conflicts with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, these Terms, or checkout information, the applicable official policy or checkout information controls.
