Where will my order ship from, and when will it arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship from our U.S. or China warehouse. Including processing, U.S.-warehouse orders usually arrive in 4–7 business days, and China-warehouse orders in 8–17 business days. Some newer or limited-stock styles ship from China until sufficient stock is available in our U.S. warehouse. Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout. We ship only to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. See our Shipping Policy.

How should I care for my faux-fur item?

Follow your item’s care label, as instructions vary by style. After wearing, gently shake out the pile and air the item in a cool, dry place. Leave enough storage space to avoid crushing the fur, and treat small marks gently without rubbing. Read our guide to helping a faux-fur coat last longer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. For a different size or color, contact us before returning your item; exchanges depend on availability. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, costs, and instructions.

How do I track my order?

We’ll email you a tracking link after your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. You can also use our Order Tracking page. If the estimated delivery window has passed without an update, email support@stanetco.store with your order number.
