Do STANETCO products use real animal fur?

No. Our faux-fur coats, jackets, and vests are made without real animal fur. The faux-fur material used in these styles is polyester. You can learn more in our guide to what faux fur is and how it is made.

Where will my order ship from, and when will it arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship from either our U.S. or China warehouse. U.S.-warehouse orders usually arrive in about 4–7 business days in total. China-warehouse orders usually arrive in about 8–17 business days in total. Some newer or limited-stock styles ship from China because only a small quantity is available and the style has not yet been stocked in sufficient quantities at our U.S. warehouse. Your available shipping option and estimate are shown at checkout. We currently ship only to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. How should I care for my faux-fur item?

Start with the care label attached to your item, since instructions can vary by style. After wearing, gently shake out the pile and let the piece air in a cool, dry place. Store it with enough room to keep the faux fur from being crushed, and handle small marks gently rather than rubbing them. Can I return or exchange my order?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. If you need another size or color, contact us before sending the item back; exchanges depend on current inventory. Read our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, costs, and instructions.

How do I track my order?

We will email you a tracking link after your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system. You can also visit our Order Tracking page. If the estimated delivery window has passed without an update, email support@stanetco.store with your order number.
